LE CETAI Cannes Beach Hôtel, a new hotel at 78 boulevard Carnot
At 78 boulevard Carnot, where the Hôtel Amarante once stood, a brand-new hotel opened on 28 July 2026: LE CETAI Cannes Beach Hôtel. New owner, new identity, new spirit: a 4-star hotel with a warm, family feel, a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches.
A fresh start
Under its new owner, the hotel was renovated before reopening this summer. A few finishing touches are still under way this autumn, including the new landscaping of the terrace and the final decorative details in the rooms.

The rest of the year, it can be hired for union or association meetings, local business events, interviews or private dinners such as a Shabbat meal.
