From Cannes SNCF train station:
- Bus no. 1 towards "Penh Chaï": get off at "Milton" station.
- Bus B towards "Mouans-Sartoux Centre": get off at "Milton" station.
- Bus no. 660 towards "Gare SNCF Grasse": get off at "Milton" station.

At 78 boulevard Carnot, 06400 Cannes, about 1 km from the town centre, the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.
How far are the Palais des Festivals and the beaches?
About 15 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by car. The hotel is not on the seafront.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Late check-out may be possible depending on availability: please ask reception. Reception is open 24/7.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, a private, secure underground car park at €25 per night. No reservations, subject to availability. Access is via tight bends: please drive carefully with larger vehicles.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, an outdoor pool open in season. The hotel has no indoor pool.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned: cooling from mid-May to mid-October, heating the rest of the year.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10:30 am, with two options: the hot and cold buffet at €20, or the express breakfast served at the table at €12 (hot drink, pastry, toast, butter, jam, honey and fruit juice). Freshly made omelette for an extra €5. Room service breakfast available for an extra €8. Whether it is included depends on the rate booked.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
There is no restaurant for the moment, but room service is available until 8 pm and many restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. In season, the bar is on the terrace; an indoor bar will open very soon.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
Can I hold a meeting at the hotel?
Coming soon: the Salon Matisse (up to 50 people theatre-style) will be a coworking space and meeting room for Pro Offer guests during trade shows. The rest of the year, it can be hired for meetings, interviews or private dinners: contact us for a quote.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Yes, the hotel has 3 accessible rooms, including a suite.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes, around ten connecting-room configurations are available for families.
How do I get there from Nice airport or Cannes station?
By car, the hotel is directly accessible from the A8 motorway. Cannes train station is about 10 minutes on foot. An airport shuttle can be arranged on request (paid service).
